WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders that are in-stock ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items or shipping details. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the preferred item.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Supersaveus accepts returns within 30 days of your receipt of an item. Returns must be in as-new condition; we reserve the right to refuse returns of items showing signs of damage or misuse by the customer. For specialized or high-end apparel, the customer bears all round-trip shipping costs unless the return is due to transit damage or a manufacturer defect.
