When will my order ship?
We usually process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Supersaveus proudly ships worldwide. Our primary markets include the United States and Canada. We also frequently serve customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Thailand, and throughout Europe and Asia.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you have any urgent issues.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Please email info@supersaveus.com as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Customs, Duties & Fees

Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and email it to info@supersaveus.com immediately. Replacement requests for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of the "Delivered" status.
Unclaimed Packages
Supersaveus is not responsible for packages returned as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
