Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy (Supersaveus)
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.
Please note:

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale and promotional items remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy unless otherwise specified.
CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original selling condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.

Items must be returned with their original boxes and packaging.

All items from a single order must be returned in one package.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped.

Customized items and certain jewelry/personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The return/exchange is not free of charge; import and shipping fees will be at the customer's expense.

Supersaveus reserves the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of wear or alteration.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@supersaveus.com with your Order Number, Proof of Purchase, and photos/video of any faulty items.

Step 2: Place your receipt and the items back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Complete the required Returns Invoice forms (3 copies) for customs clearance and attach them to the outside of the package.

Step 4: Hand the package over to the courier. Please ensure the package is closed securely after inspection.
REFUND PROCESS
In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable by Supersaveus.
Once your package reaches our center, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
